  Ordered online and order was promised in 20 minutes. I got there at 25 minutes. I was told that "Internet time is not perfect" and that they needed a few more minutes. While I was waiting in the car line 2 more cars pulled up. A different associate came to the window and told me to pull back around behind the other two because my order was not ready. When I got back to the window they told me they lost the cheese bread I ordered and had me pull around again while they waited on 2 more customers. When I got home I discovered that I received breadsticks instead of the cheese bread I ordered. If they cannot make the time there system sets for them they need to fix it. I ended up getting the order 20 mins after it was promised. Really poor service.

  Worst Stromboli I've ever had. It was Luke warm, there was hardly anything but dough, and it was burnt. I probably will not return to order any time soon.
