  love the new(ish) table-side interaction system for payment and entertainment. great addition. also, lunch deals are pretty good.

  The food exactly as you would expect it to be - good but not jaw-droppingly amazing. But the service is great! Our waiter was super friendly and willing to go that extra mile to help us. We both got steak, it was cooked exactly to our order. What's more is they have you check it to make sure it's right before they even leave the table. That way if it's not, they can bring it straight back to the kitchen instead of making you wait or grudgingly choose to eat it anyway. I got their garlic green beans as a side and it was really good! Not overly seasoned! They had just the right amount of seasoning to complement the green beans while not masking the green bean flavor. The green beans were fresh and cooked perfectly - not soggy! Fries were my other side, and they were typical fries. Good but nothing to write home about. Overall, if you're looking for a reliably decent meal, I would recommend this place.

  As a previous waitress, I tend to have more patience & not complain because I know how it goes. I eat at Applebee's ALL THE TIME, however, I will never be back to this location. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We ordered appetizers as our meal and it took nearly 30 minutes to come out (mind you we went at 4PM & the store was nowhere near busy, not to mention the numerous workers that were just standing around talking, on their phones & goofing off). When the food did come out, it was cold like it had been sitting out. Our server was SO slow, had an attitude, and never came back with anything we requested (ranch, refills, clean silverware...nothing!). It was so bad that the manager came to our table and ended up comping everything. I love Applebee's but I can guarantee I'll never return to this location!
