- 4 / 5By C. Michael CrostonThe first thing I noticed was that the man who would be our waiter for the evening was very soft-spoken and interested in our enjoyment. The place was clean and the atmosphere relaxed and tasteful. We had Schezwan dumplings and lettuce wraps as appetizers. Both tasted fresh and the sauces were full of flavor. We had shrimp for dinner. Mine, the Sesame (extra spicy), and the wife had the Lover's Shrimp, having 2 different styles of prawn. Everything was excellent. The only thing overlooked was that we weren't offered fried rice, which Mama would have preferred, but no big deal. I wish I had a camera, as her plate was truly beautiful... We remembered going to HG when we worked on this side of town. There were quite a few fine places to eat in the area back then. Gladly, we came back across one of the finest Chinese restaurants on the East side, still in the same place. We will be back.December 26, 2016
