  The baristas and management are always happy and cheerful. If my order is wrong , which seldom happens, they are earnestly apologetic and I get my next free.

  I've always loved coming here. There's not a lot of sitting room inside but I came during lunch on work days typically and was able to find a seat. Not super private. 5 stars though for great drinks and snacks!

  "Oh! Here it is." (she grabs the only cup sitting on the counter waiting to be filled) "Sorry, we have to juggle the cafe orders with the drive-thru." That's the response I get when I ask where my drink is after waiting 10 minutes. And....after the 2 guys who ordered after me got their drinks. She would have never seen my cup sitting there if I hadn't asked. And then she only fills the cup up to about 2 inches below the top...for a grande....with no whip. Wow. Starsucks.
